Job Description • Source products and Expand Digital and Beauty / Health & Fitness / Electronics / Small Appliances / Home Furnishings / Apparels / Jewellery / Sports Goods / Kids Education / Cosmetics, etc. • Manage product life cycle and maintain strategic partnership with suppliers. • Market survey/ Product quality management/ product sourcing. • Product planning for sales through TV Slots / Newspapers Advs. • Analyzing consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends. • Regularly reviewing performance indicators, e.g. sales and discount levels. • Managing plans for stock levels. • Reacting to changes in demand. • Meeting Brands/Distributors/Suppliers and negotiating terms of contract. • Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products. • Liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure projects are completed. • Attending trade fairs, road shows and assemble a new collection of products • Participating in promotional activities of new and existing products. • Writing reports and forecasting sales levels • Presenting new ranges to senior management. • Organize samples and product information and hand it over to creative team and content team respectively. • Follow up and make sure goods gets delivered to warehouse on time. • Get the inventory updated in the system and maintain the schedule planned to go live. • Track sales day on a daily basis. Desired Candiate Profile • Minimum 1 year experience of merchandising. • Good skills in Microsoft Office products. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Graduate any stream

Job Description • Coach, deliver feedback & monitor employee progress toward performance standards • Stay current on internal work processes, policies&procedures.
